If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible. Here is how cancellations work at Alankar Jewellers.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Cancellation is not possible after 24 hours.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only, and not once the piece has been customised or handed over.
Customised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.
Where a refund applies, it is processed within 7–10 working days after deducting any applicable charges.
