A refund is possible only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, refunds are not available.
A refund is possible only within 24 hours of placing the order, and not once the piece has been customised or handed over.
Customised and personalised orders are non-refundable once work has started.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, after deducting any applicable charges.
